US ORDERS
As of August 29, 2025, the suspension of the US de minimis exemption means all low-value shipments under $800USD are no longer duty-free, impacting our US customers and our back-end systems.
Duties and Taxes must be paid by the customer prior to arrival in the US. These fees vary from 10% to 25% and are dependent on your order value. We have included these fees in the shipping cost at checkout as a combined amount, stated as "Shipping + US Customs Duties (based on order price)". The custom duties adjust at checkout depending on your order value. This way, your order will arrive efficiently in the US without any extra charges or taxes to pay.
